5 Reasons Your Website Is Not Converting (And How to Fix It)

Many entrepreneurs invest thousands of dollars in ad campaigns only to send traffic to a website that isn't ready to convert. The result: sky-high acquisition costs and zero sales.

1. Your value proposition is hidden

If a user lands on your site and doesn't understand what you sell and how it helps them within 5 seconds, they will leave. The Hero section must have a hyper-clear and direct message.

2. Excessive friction in forms

Asking for too much data scares prospects away. Unless you are selling something extremely complex, reduce your forms to the absolute minimum: Name, Email, and maybe a phone number.

3. Amateur design destroys trust

Design is the silent salesperson. A site that looks like it was made in 2005 generates instant distrust, no matter how good your product is.

4. Invisible Calls to Action (CTA)

Your CTA buttons should contrast aggressively with the rest of the site and use action verbs ("Schedule a call", "Download now"), instead of the classic boring "Submit" or "Accept".

5. Poor loading speed

Amazon calculated that a 1-second page load slowdown would cost them $1.6 billion a year. If your website takes more than 3 seconds to load, you are losing 40% of your potential customers.
